9. My foot slips in my high heel shoes. What can I do?

14. Can the insoles be washed?
Every insole needs to be aerated in order to recover and extend its properties. With the exception of leather, practically all of the insoles can be machine washed at a maximum temperature of 30 °. Although it is better to do it by hand.
